Kevin’s shop on Market Square
Here at Kev’s kutz we strive for perfection — Kevin’s own words. A family-friendly barber in the middle of Ballina, suitable for all haircuts, with a proper station, brick and wood, and time for a chat.
Booking is preferred on Nearcut or social. Walk-ins when they can fit you. After-hours for weddings and the like. Wax, powder, gel, shampoos and tonics on the shelf if you need a product to go.
Kevin ran a 24-hour cut marathon in March 2026 for Ballina Sensory Park. The shop was Highly Commended at the Irish Hair & Beauty Awards 2023. Please arrive five minutes early, and give at least 12 hours if you have to cancel.

On Market Square in the town centre, beside Tone Street and Pearse Street, a short walk from the Jackie Clarke Collection and the River Moy. Google lists a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Ample parking across the road — Market Square Street Car Park on Tone Street. Ballina bus and rail station is on the N26, a short walk.
